The 2025 North Carolina Swimming 14U Age Group Championship Meet will be held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, Greensboro, NC from July 17-20, 2025.

OME opens May 1.

Meet Event file provided for convenience but all entries must be processed through USA Swimming’s OME system.

Until a team checks out of OME, they can add, delete, or change entries.

Once a team checks out, they can add entries and update times but can’t delete or change entries.

Teams can update times in OME until the entry deadline. OME will not automatically update. No time updates will be allowed after the July 14, 6:00PM deadline.

Relay times are not required to be proven. Coaches can enter with any team time or estimated time.

When a team checks out, they must pay the $1.00 administrative fee to submit their entry and get a receipt.

Teams must check out by the Monday, July 14 6:00PM deadline.

SWIMMAC WINS AGC

Congratulations to SwimMAC Carolina, winners of the 2025 North Carolina Swimming Short Course Age Group Championship meet! SwimMAC scored 5,227 combined points. Coming in second TAC TITANS with 4,103, third Mecklenburg Swim Association, fourth North Carolina Aquatic Club, fifth Marlins Of Raleigh, and sixth place New WAVE Swim Team.

The  2025 NCS 14U Age Group Short Course Champs meet, hosted by the TAC Titans, will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) in Cary from Feb 13-16, 2025.

The 2025 NCS Select Camp invites will be earned by all Top 5 overall finishers in each event. Be “Extra-Ordinary” and Earn your Golden Ticket at the 2025 NCS Age Group Short Course Champs Meet. If you have a lane, you have a chance.

Clubs must use USA Swimming’s OME system to enter this meet. Please note that there is a $1.00 charge per club that , when paid, will generate an OME entry receipt once you check out. Please use the Meet Summary form to calculate your Entry Totals. All other entry fees must be paid to the Meet Host by the start of the meet.

2024 NCS 14U AG Long Course Champs

The 2024 North Carolina Swimming 14U Age Group Championship Meet will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, NC on July 11-14.

THEME: PATRIOTIC TEAM USA

Clubs must use USA Swimming’s OME system to enter this meet. Please note that there is a $1.00 charge per club that, when paid, will generate an OME entry receipt once you check out. All other entry fees must be paid to the meet host by the start of the meet. (See the meet announcement for details.)

Remember that you can update seed times anytime prior to the entry deadline from your ROSTER ENTRIES page in OME. Once you check out, you can add new athletes and entries but you are unable to change or delete entries. The entry deadline for this meet is 6:00PM on Monday, July 8.

An exception to OME entry will be made to enter athletes who qualify via the Parallel Time Standards for Swimmers with a Disability. Those entries should be emailed by 6:00 PM  on Monday, July 8 to OME@NCSwim.org and should include the athlete’s name, USA Swimming ID, events, and entry times. If you have questions about OME, please contact Trish or Lynn at OME@NCSwim.org.

2023 NCS 14U AG Long Course Champs

The 2023 North Carolina Swimming 14U Age Group Championship Meet will be held at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, NC on July 13-16.

The Triangle Aquatic Center and the TAC TITANS are extremely excited to announce the return of TAC-TV!  All events at TAC are now live streamed and available by subscription.  A monthly subscription through YouTube is $9.99 per month. Subscription Services are handled by YouTube and not TAC-TV.  Go to https://www.triangleaquatics.org/tactv to sign up!

Blended Light Photography returns to TAC offering live action photography.  If you are interested in having Blended Light photograph of your swimmer in action, visit his website at https://www.blendedlightphotography.com/heat-reservations on the sign up link.  Only event information is needed – not heats or lane information.

Non-OME Meet Entry Procedure For Championship Meets

Steps to Ensure Correct Team Unify Age Up Dates for NCS SR and AG Champs

Correcting the age up date in TU Age Group Champs:

  1. Locate 2023 SC AG Champs from your TU events menu.
  2. FROM THIS MENU, select EDIT COMMITMENT from the right side of the screen.
  3. Click on the MEET NAME in the window that pops open.
  4. Click on the EDIT button in the upper right hand corner of the next window that pops open.
  5. Confirm the age up date is 2/16/2023. Change it if necessary.
  6. Click on SAVE CHANGES in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
  7. Click OK to save changes when prompted.
  8. Go back out to the events menu.
  9. Select AG Champs by clicking on the meet name.
  10. Click EDIT in the top bar.
  11. Confirm that the age up date is 02/16/2023 on this screen.
  12. Repeat if the date is still incorrect.
