HONOR and REMEMBER

May 25, 2026 by Amy Faulk

Happy Memorial Day from the NC Swimming community.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We are deeply grateful to all who have served and continue to serve our country with courage, strength, and selflessness.

As we gather with family, friends, and teammates this weekend, may we never forget the heroes whose legacy allows us the opportunity to pursue our dreams, support one another, and build community through sport.

Thank you for your service. Thank you for your sacrifice. We Remember.
