SWIMMAC WINS AGC

Congratulations to SwimMAC Carolina, winners of the 2025 North Carolina Swimming Short Course Age Group Championship meet! SwimMAC scored 5,227 combined points. Coming in second TAC TITANS with 4,103, third Mecklenburg Swim Association, fourth North Carolina Aquatic Club, fifth Marlins Of Raleigh, and sixth place New WAVE Swim Team.

PLAZA TAKES DOWN TWO NAG RECORDS

Congratulations to Karina Plaza (SwimMAC) on setting a NEW National Age Group Record in the 13-14 Women’s 200 Breaststroke in 2:09.40!!! This is Plaza’s second NAG Record in 24 hours as one of the youngest and fastest 13-14 females ever in the Breaststroke events. Congratulations Karina!!! #WEARENCS

NAG RECORD – 100 BREAST

Congratulations to SwimMAC, Karina Plaza, on setting a New 13-14 National Age Group and NCS State Record in the Women’s 13-14 100 Breaststroke. Karina becomes the first 13-14 American woman ever to break 1:00 in the 100y Breast in a blistering time of 59.94. Congratulations Karina! #WEARENCS
