NCS RECORD ALERT: 11-12 Girls

Congratulations to NCAC, Penelope Chao, on setting a New NCS 11-12 Female SCY 200 Freestyle Record with a time of 1:51.33 at the 2026 NC TAC ESSZ Age Group Sectional Meet. Chao crushed the sixteen year old 200 Freestyle NCS State Record, from 2010, held by Kathleen Baker! Way to Go Penelope! #WEARENCS

2026 LC AG Champ Time Standards

North Carolina Swimming has set New LC Age Group Championship Time Standards for the 2026 Long Course swim season. 2026 AG LC Champ Meet will be July 16-19, 2026 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, NC.

A special Thank You to the Age Group Task Force for all their hard work of tracking 7 years worth of data from our LSC Championship meets to propose and pass these NEW Championship Time Standards. #NCSBETTER2GETHER #WEARENCS

TAC TITANS Win Speedo ESSZ Sectionals

Congratulations to TAC TITANS on winning the 2026 NC TAC Speedo Champions Series ESSZ meet hosted by TAC TITANS held at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, NC March 12-15, 2026.

The TAC TITANS dominated the competition winning the meet with a combined score of 2,073 points. Congratulations to second place finishers Mecklenburg Swim Association with 1306.5 points, followed by SwimMAC Carolina, in third place, and North Carolina Aquatic Club finishing in fifth place.

Thank you to all the ESSZ Clubs who competed in the 2026 NC TAC Speedo Champions Series ESSZ meet. Congrats to all NCS swimmers, coaches, officials, and volunteers from across the LSC. #WEARENCS
