SCHOLASTIC ALL-AMERICA – Application Open

The application for the 2024-2025 year will be available online through SWIMS (hub.usaswimming.org) from June 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, at midnight UTC.

SAA INFORMATION DETAILS

This is the ONLY method for application.

Applicants will be required to have a USA Swimming login.

Qualifying pool times for the applicant will be validated in SWIMS.  Times MUST be in SWIMS and achieved between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025 (dates inclusive).

Applicants must have a transcript for the complete 2024-2025 academic year available for uploading to the application. 

Applicant must have been a member of USA Swimming at the time of the swim and a current member when applying for the 2024-2025 SAA team.

Applicant must have all application documents completed by September 30, 2025 at midnight UTC. Late applications will NOT be accepted or considered.

All successfully received applications will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email or have any other issues or questions, please contact Anissa Kanzari at kanzari.anissa@gmail.com.

Congratulations to the NCS Athletes, Coaches, and Clubs on Great performances this past week at the 2025 National Championship meet in Indianapolis, Indiana. 2025 NCS FALL HOD

The 2025 NCS Fall House of Delegates meetings will be held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center / Coliseum in Greensboro on Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5, 2025.

If you would like to propose new legislation for the 2025 NCS Fall HOD meeting on October 5, 2025, please mark up the existing Rule or By-Law with the proposed wording and submit your proposal to Lisa Olack  olack.lisa@gmail.com using the  HOD Legislation Template below.  The deadline for submitting proposed legislation is August 15, 2025.

Southern/ Eastern ZONE Select Camp

Louisville, Kentucky – Congratulations to our NCS Athletes who earned their spot at the 2025 Southern/ Eastern Zone Select Camp held at the University of Louisville. Zone Select Camps bring the top swimmers in each zone together for a unique motivational experience. Selection is done automatically using the SWIMS times database.  Zone Selection Criteria

NCS had the highest number of attendees (9) representing of any LSC! Congratulations to David Gellin (NCAC), Max Halpern (NCAC), Jonny Palamar (TACTITANS), Emma Grace Richardson (SwimMAC), Eli Sweet (SwimMAC), Parker Van Olst (WAVE), Finola Whelehan (TACTITANS), Skylar Zuleger (TYDE), and Coach Amy Faulk (NCS) – Camp Head Manager.

Athletes participated in numerous in-water training sessions, classroom sessions, team building activities, adding skills and tools into their box developing pathways to success within Team USA. The future is bright! Keep up the good work NCS!!!

NCS Athletes Compete in London

London, England – The 2025 NCSA London All-StarTeam represented Team USA at the AP Race London International, May 24-26 at the legendary London Aquatics Centre! 52 top athletes from across the country, this elite squad competed alongside Olympians, and rising stars from around the world in one of swimming’s most electric events.

North Carolina Swimming had 3 athletes selected to the 2025 USA NCSA All Star Team, from WAVE. Congratulations to Aaron Davidson, Sam Marsteiner, and Jackson Scheiber for competing this past weekend. #WEARENCS

With 10,000 plus swimmers at 76 clubs, 600 coaches, 550 officials, and several nationally recognized state-of-the-art aquatics facilities, North Carolina Swimming is one of the largest LSCs in the USA Swimming organization. North Carolina Swimming exists to support our members with resources, leadership, and programming that enhances the swimming experience in the state. The NCS volunteer organization relies on the Registrar’s skills to aid in Club /  Athlete Registration, Sanctions, Recons, Meet Results, Meet Bids/ Calendar, HOD along with LSC / USA Swimming leadership roles.

The Goal is to find the right candidate for the job to begin training with current Registrar for this LSC role.

NCS: NATIONAL DIVERSITY SELECT CAMP

Congratulations to Gabe Hardy, Mecklenburg Swim Association, on being selected to the USA Swimming National Diversity Select Camp! Gabe was invited to the USOPC – Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO this past weekend May 1-4, 2025. USA Swimming invites up to 56 athletes from diverse populations to participate in a three-day camp program which includes pool training, motivational and education sessions and team-building activities.
