The Mecklenburg Swim Association (MSA) won the combined team championships at the 2023 NCS Senior Long Course Championship meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. MSA scored 1,068 points, ahead of the TAC Titans (TAC) who finished in second place. The Wolfpack Elite (WOLF) finished in third place, followed by the Raleigh Swimming Association (RSA), and Marlins of Raleigh (MOR).
