North Carolina’s Governor Roy Cooper issued the latest Executive Order regarding COVID-19 restrictions on 3/23/2021. Below is a copy of Executive Order No. 204. The latest Executive Order eases some restrictions on indoor and outdoor capacities. Sections 1.3, 1.4, and 3.13 may be of particular interest to the swimming community.
