Time to start on your submission for the 2023 North Carolina Swimming Club Development Incentive Program to earn up to $1,000 for your club. The application period deadline is October 15, 2023.
Clubs can access the incentive program details here and the Online Application Form here.
This year, while the Club Recognition program is out of commission, all NCS clubs are eligible to participate in the Club Development Incentive Program.
Clubs can claim achievements that occurred between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023. Clubs can select the points that are most relevant to them and are not required to answer all questions. The max payout is $1,000 and will be calculated for all eligible clubs submitting online applications by October 15, 2023.

The Mecklenburg Swim Association (MSA) won the combined team championships at the 2023 NCS Senior Long Course Championship meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. MSA scored 1,068 points, ahead of the TAC Titans (TAC) who finished in second place. The Wolfpack Elite (WOLF) finished in third place, followed by the Raleigh Swimming Association (RSA), and Marlins of Raleigh (MOR). Congratulations to all NCS athletes, coach’s and NCS Clubs on a great meet. Thank you to our Officials, volunteers, families from across the LSC. Thank you to STAR Aquatics and Greensboro Aquatic Center for hosting the 2023 NCS Senior Long Course Championship meet. #NCSBetter2Gether

Congratulations to SwimMAC Carolina on winning The 2023 ESSZ Senior Long Course Sectional meet hosted by STAR Aquatics held at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, NC on July 13-16, 2023. Congratulations to the SwimMAC Carolina, winner of the 2023 North Carolina Swimming Long Course Age Group Championships held at the Triangle Aquatic Center. SwimMAC won both the men’s and women’s divisions and finished with a combined team score of 3,801 points. TAC Titans finished second, North Carolina Aquatic Club finished in third place, Marlins of Raleigh finished fourth, followed by Mecklenburg Swim Association, and New Wave Swim Team finishing sixth.
Congratulations to all NCS athletes, coaches, and clubs who participated in this Championship meet. A special Thank You to all the officials, volunteers, and families who traveled from across this great LSC. #NCSBetter2Gether

If you would like to propose new legislation for the 2023 NCS Fall HOD meeting on October 1, 2023, please mark up the existing Rule or By-Law with the proposed wording and submit your proposal to Lisa Olack olack.lisa@gmail.com using the HOD Legislation Template below. The deadline for submitting proposed legislation is August 12, 2023.

It is with a very heavy heart that we share with you the sudden passing of Coach Kathy McKee earlier this week. Coach Kathy was highly respected and beloved throughout the swimming community. Kathy McKee will be incredibly missed by all.
Kathy’s impact on our sport, our LSC, USA Swimming community, NCS club programs she coached for (SwimMAC Carolina and NCAC), Coaches who learned and collaborated with her on deck, ALL the swimmers she coached, and every person who met her over the decades will never forget her. Kathy’s unwavering dedication, organizational leadership, inspiring spirit, and love for all things swimming defines her as a true Legend in the swimming community. Well Done Good and Faithful Servant.
