The NCS “A-TEAM” Swim Clinic, open to any and all swimmer’s ages 11-14. This Clinic will be held at the Triangle Sportsplex in Hillsborough, NC on November 2, 2025
This A-Team clinic will focus in-water sessions on fly, back, and breast. Clinic will feature athletes who have demonstrated excellence in the particular strokes highlighted.
Sunday, November 3, 2024- Congratulations and Thank You to our A-Team campers and NCS Camp Staff who attended the 2024 NCS A-Team Camp in Hillsborough, NC. We had a fantastic day with 125 in attendance, approximately 80% athletes and staff first time NCS Camp experience, making new friends from across the State, connecting, practicing new drills becoming more efficient faster swimmers, and working together as an LSC becoming stronger as ONENCS!

The NCS “A-TEAM” Swim Camp, for swimmers ages 11-14 whose long course times in 2024 ranked them highest among swimmers achieving “A” time standards, will be held at the Triangle Sportsplex in Hillsborough, NC on November 3, 2024.
Athletes selected were those who ranked highest during the long course season in the 100m fly, 100m back, or 100m breast and who had not yet achieved faster than the National “A” time standard.
Coaches will focus in-water sessions on fly, back, and breast and each will feature older athletes who have demonstrated excellence in the particular stroke highlighted.
