NCS Club Development Incentive Program
Any team registered with North Carolina Swimming during the annual performance period is eligible to participate in the Club Development Incentive Program.
Here is a link to the Club Development Evaluation Form Worksheet that participating clubs are asked to review. Clubs can use the worksheet to track their points, but to simplify administration please use the Online Evaluation Form to record your points and submit to North Carolina Swimming for approval.
NCS Club Governance Consulting Program
North Carolina Swimming has a team of volunteers and coaches who will assist any of its club members with governance issues such as achieving Level 1-4 status in USA Swimming’s Club Recognition program, achieving club goals, writing or editing by-laws or mission statements, establishing budgets, organizing swim meets, registration and membership procedures, coach education, and establishing a Safe Sport Program.
