Stroke and Turn, Administrative Official, and Starter certification courses are offered at USA Swimming University.
Certification clinics for Chief Judge and Referee are offered by NC Swimming. If you would like to take a clinic these positions, but do not find one listed below, please fill out this request form to be notified when additional clinics are scheduled.
Note that Chief Judge requires prior certification as Stroke and Turn, and Referee requires prior certification as Stroke and Turn, Administrative Official, and Starter.
