MEET DAVE OLACK & ROY DESSLOCH – Featured Speakers at Swimposium Carolina on April 27.
Dave Olack is the general chair of North Carolina Swimming and Roy Dessloch is the general chair of South Carolina Swimming. As the leaders of their respective Local Swim Committees (LSC’s), Dave and Roy have a broad understanding of swimming and of opportunities for developing and improving our sport. They will explain how our swimming organizations are structured and the role of LSC’s within USA Swimming.
Both Dave and Roy have been involved in USA Swimming at the national and state levels for several years. Together, they bring decades of officiating, coaching, and parenting experience and can provide valuable perspectives on the current state of the sport of swimming and things we can do to ensure its continued growth and development.
