The 2019 NCS Spring House of Delegates meetings will be held at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Charlotte on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28. Saturday clinics and meetings will be part of the 2019 Carolina Swimposium. Officials’ clinics are scheduled for Saturday morning and will be conducted by Dan McAllen. The HOD meeting will be held on Sunday afternoon.
