The House of Delegates passed the following changes on April 13, 2013. Revised NCS General Rules are posted below and in the Governance section.
By-Laws
Added the following new paragraph to section 604.11 VOTING:
In the event of a Roll Call vote: each vote will be tallied on a document next to the corresponding eligible voters name, so that a legible record of who voted YAY or NAY can be presented and viewed by all in attendance.
Rules and Regulations
Added the following to ARTICLE 202: MEET ENTRY FEES:
202.2 Championship Meet Entry Fees – The maximum allowable entry fee for NCS Championship meets is as follows:
Short Course (Sr & AG): $4.00 individual, $8.00 relay
Long Course (AG): $6.00 individual, $10.00 relay
Long Course (Sr): $8.00 individual, $12.00 relay
Facility/swimmer surcharge may not exceed $10.00 for short course or $15.00 for long course
Meet hosts may charge non-NCS registered entrants an additional one dollar ($1.00) per individual entry and an additional two dollars ($2.00) per relay
Changed 202.1 to refer to Non Championship meets
Renumbered 202.2 to 202.3
