Congratulations to Ross Noble on his selection to the Scottish National Youth Squad. Ross, who swims for YOTA (YMCA of the Triangle Area), was selected by the Scottish Swimming Association to represent Scotland on their 2020-2021 National Youth Squad. Ross is a dual citizen of the USA and the UK.
