Three North Carolina Swimming records fell at the YMCA Short Course Nationals meet in Greensboro this past week. Lance Norris of the Rocky Mount Family YMCA broke the record in the men’s 13-14 1000 Free and Ross Dant of the Hickory Foundation YMCA Seahorse Swim Team broke his own records in both the men’s 15-18 1000 Free and the men’s 15-18 1650 Free.
