North Carolina Swimming officials have a had a busy summer at national meets around the country. NCS members invited to officiate at the Speedo Junior Nationals in Irvine, CA included Michael Ivy, Colleen Gillan, and Wayne Shulby. Alan Moffitt (in the red shirt) is an NCS member who has been working with the Omega timing system.
