At the United States Aquatic Sports convention held in Greensboro this week, Suzanne Heath a North Carolina Swimming official and long-time chairman of USA Swimming’s Times and Recognition committee, won the Kenneth J Pettigrew Award given by the USA swimming officials committee to an official in recognition of contributions to the sport of swimming. Congratulations on a this well-deserved award!
Also at the convention. Kaitlyn Kent, one of North Carolina Swimming’s BOD athlete representatives, was elected southern zone junior athlete representative.
