The 2019 North Carolina Swimming Fall House of Delegates (HOD) meetings will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center on Saturday and Sunday, September 21-22, 2019.
Preliminary plans have the BOD meeting scheduled for Saturday afternoon from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. The Technical Planning meeting is planned for Sunday morning from 10:00 am – 11:30 am with HOD registration at 12:30 pm and the HOD meeting at 1:00 pm.

If you would like to propose legislation for the NCS Fall HOD , please mark up the existing Rule or By-Law with the proposed wording and submit your proposal to Wayne Shulby wayne.shulby@gmail.com using the HOD Legislation Template below. The deadline for submitting legislation is August 3, 2019.

Hotel Information
North Carolina Swimming has a courtesy block at the Four Points by Sheraton, 7619 Thorndike Road, Greensboro, NC 27409 (near the intersection of Hwy 68 and I-40). Both Doubles and Kings (with sofa beds) are available at the block rate of $109 per night plus tax/fees. The deadline to book a room in this block is Sept 10. There are some large conventions in Greensboro on the weekend of the 21-22 so hotel room availability is very tight.
